To rebook, query or chase up a referral please contact the NHS Trust Hospital and Clinic Appointments
  • For CLCH community services such as physiotherapy, musculoskeletal clinic, podiatry, nutrition and dietetics or the continence service contact The Barnet Community Point of Access (BCPA) on 0300 020 0655.
  • If you are concerned about how your referral is being managed contact the trust Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS): Complaint, concern or compliment. Please note that PALS cannot rebook appointments.
